In about 10 days, my hardwood floor is being refinished and I'd like to take that opportunity to get the rug cleaned again. My two large rugs have never looked cleaner and felt softer to walk on. They are both old and have been washed numerous times, and I was thinking this would be their last gasp, but now they look and feel young again! I DO love my rugs. And the service was really fast - thank you!

Great customer service. I was not sure that my carpet could be saved due to a couple of doggy accidents and wear and tear over the years, but after putting it through their cleaning process twice (no additional cost) it came back looking almost brand new.
