I’m very satisfied with the service. It was prompt, communication was great, and the people were honest and friendly. I didn’t know much about this family rug that was recently given to me. It turns out it was once a lovely rug but years of neglect made it not worth repairing to its former glory and I really appreciated that opinion. In the end, I have an imperfect rug that is clean and repaired so that it won’t deteriorate any further.

Service was great, rugs were picked up and dropped off within the appointed
time frame, came back looking brighter and definitely cleaner.
