If you have a pick up scheduled please adhere to that schedule.
If you promise a customer you will pick up their rugs then you should keep that promise.
I was given no reason why my rugs were not picked up and the communication was awful. One person said your rugs would be picked up and then called by another saying they were not.

I thought your service was excellent. From pick up to drop off. I
especially thought the person who brought my carpets back was especially
polite.

Thanks for following up. My experience was great. The process was super
smooth and my rugs look really good. They are nice and clean and the

Excellent service. Corain and Brian were very courteous and professional. Pick up and delivery was on time and easy. No hidden charges. Rugs were Persian were cleaned well. I recommend them and will use their service again.

Everything was great. Easy to schedule, make payment, delivery and pick up
was all amazing. We rug looks brand new. Customer device was very

It was very easy to arrange pick up and drop off, and it was done within a
good time frame. I found the price fair. I have not actually opened the rug
to check it yet because I am not going to put it down until after the room
is redone.

My daughter bought this dirty, never cleaned, cat haired covered rug from market place. Your service cleaned the rug so well that she was able to use it in her apartment and not have any allergic reaction from any cat residue.

I was super happy with the service. It was easy and quick to schedule the
pickup and I was so happy with how soon the service could be done. It was
fast and we got our rug back in a very timely manner (faster than
expected). The rug smelled and looked so much cleaner and the price was
very reasonable. I will definitely be using your rug cleaning services in
the future and I think we are going to plan to get our shag rug (the rug
recently services) cleaned every 6-12 months. Its been helpful with
reducing allergy symptoms in the home.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Richard on behalf of Love Your Rug.
It had been some time since we had steam cleaned our carpet and Richard did a great job getting it looking good again. We also had our sofa and two chairs steam cleaned and they turned out great as well. Richard is a great ambassador for your company!
