I apologizes for the late reply, we are very pleased with the service and professionalism Love Your Rug provided, from how easy to arrange an appointment scheduled , to pick up and drop off of the carpet. The carpet now looks white and fluffy again , stains and odour has been removed. Thank you for the excellent service. Definitely will recommend Love your Rug.

I have had rugs cleaned by you three times recently. I have sent you every rug in my house and I am very happy with the results. My rugs look like they are new. The staff I have dealt with on the phone have always been gracious and helpful. The pick-up and delivery drivers were pleasant and accommodating. The cost was quite reasonable. I really enjoyed this service and would recommend it to a friend. I would
also consider using it again. It was easy and fast.
My only challenge was that at the time, the website quote form wasn't
working, however the phone call I made was swift and I was able to get an
appointment for pick up within a few days.

I was very impressed with the pick up and delivery and how friendly and accommodating everyone was. My wool carpet was returned clean, stains were gone and it looked like new. Definitely worth the money and will be using them again with my smaller carpets.
