I just wanted to tell you all that your work is absolutely incredible. I almost threw out one of my recently cleaned rug many times because it seemed beyond repair. It was special to me because i found it at an estate sale many years ago, and always love it. I didn't even realize the colors were so bright. It's better than i ever could have imagined. I was so stressed about finding a place that would clean it, dropping it off, picking it up, paying many times more for it to be cleaned than what i paid for it originally....And you cured all of those worries! I just had my clean rug delivered and I just had to send an e-mail to tell you how fantastic it looks. It was a white rug with red wine stains, a lot of dust and a few urine stains from our puppy - but it looks brand new! Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job.
