Took a jacket to get the zipper replaced and the jacket cleaned. They recommended to do a colour filler in which they pump the jacket with the original colour since it was really faded. I got the jacket back and it looks brand new! Thank you for the excellent service and quick turnaround time

Excellent service that I've used for years. Reasonable pricing and very convenient that they do home pickup and drops offs. I had an issue in the cleaning one time and the customer service was excellent and they re-cleaned the rug for me with no fuss or questions asked.

I FREKIN LOVE THESE GUYS - I got my rugs cleaned for the first time since ive ever got them. Took about 3-4 weeks, longer than expected but they had some issues with the machines, and honestly i didnt really care, figured my rugs needed to be deep cleaned or what ever. They picked it up from my home, and even delivered it when it was ready (salute to the person that delivered it, he was solo and i wasn't home but my sister was and told me he was exhausted) but damn they really brought the colours ALIVE. Hands down, im using these guys again when i get my rugs cleaned in a year or two. Shout out to the rep Jenny, she friendly. Highly recommend this spot, dont bother going somewhere else

I gave Love your Centre my leather Toronto Maple Leaf jacket. This jacket is a classic and unavailable to purchase. The blue leather was faded, the white trim was badly discoloured. I want to thank you for restoring my jacket to virtually what it looked like when purchased 15 years ago. You also did a fantastic job replacing the lining of the coat. I would definitely return to have you restore any of my leather goods and would highly recommend your service to anyone. Thanks again!

I don’t write reviews; this is my first one. I was delighted with this company’s services and felt compelled to share my experience. I had two Persian rugs cleaned by “Love Your Rug” and was impressed with their excellent assistance, start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and friendly in a professional manner. Even after my rugs were clean, the customer service representative, Safia, patiently explained all the other types of services they provided. She was very knowledgeable about their services which didn’t surprise me. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

We were very satisfied with this service and will use them again. The follow up received from Safia was very much appreciated.

Had a rug I got at an estate sale 6 years ago that was decades old, covered in stains, and looked generally horrible, but I just couldn't let it go. I didn't want to deal with lugging it in the car to a place for it to be cleaned, then have to go pick it up. (I'm lazy). I was thrilled to find this company would pick up and drop off with no effort on my end, and they truly made this 50+ year old rug look BRAND NEW. Truly unbelievable. I also had a white Ikea rug cleaned which I figured was doomed, but it astonishingly looks exactly the way it did when I bought it 8 years ago. Definitely worth the price if you prefer keeping things and taking care of them to buying brand new all the time. Great experience, I'll definitely use them again next time my rugs are feeling tired!

My floors badly needed replacing as they were over 30 years old and so decided that having my three area rugs cleaned would definitely add to a complete new look. I had such a good experience with love your rug! Setting up the appointment was super easy and Safia was extremely helpful and very detailed when it came to asking questions about my carpet. Both pick up and delivery were extremely smooth and prompt. Will be using them again for sure.

I’m a pretty picky shopper especially when it comes to professionalism, good quality and customer service. My standards are high! I was extremely impressed with Love Your Centre for my rug cleaning this past week! Turn around time was quicker than promised and the work was well done. I was concerned about my rug because the label gave me no cleaning options. Basically do not dry clean, do not wash, and the list went on. I explained the material to their team and they did an excellent job with it! The delivery person was helpful and the rug was hand delivered with care and protection. Also I’ve trusted my best handbags with Love Your Centre for cleaning and restorative repairs -work well worthy of the price for the workmanship. Thank you and I will definitely return! All the best with business and beyond.

It takes 1 or 2 weeks they clean and also charge you more the the value of your rug.

I sent my rug in for cleaning, it was damaged when it was returned. Chunks missing and my rug used to be so plush, it is much thinner now. I would not recommend this company.

Just use ANY other company to clean your rugs. Trust me.

I got my carpets washed from this company I called in twice to make sure my carpets are going to be covered 100% with bag or something and the lady on the phone said yes it will be covered and even on there advertise they show that they cover the rugs carpets fully and when I got mine the bags were old and ripped had holes, in the same truck they had other people old carpets and when I called in and spoke to this lady name (Jenny) and explained the situation which I did mentioned that I have pictures on those bags ripped, she said she will call back once she speaks to her manager to see what they can do. She called me back to pretty much say they won’t do nothing about it. I spend over 400$ to get my carpets washed just so they can go back inside the truck with other people old carpets( possible those carpets could had bugs or something). In any case this wasn’t fair because I needed my carpets fully wrapped up sealed like they advertise on tv ( CP24) but I guess they don’t care once they get paid . WOULDN’T RECOMMEND AT ALL. Very upset at this job
