Interesting Facts About Sheepskin Rugs

You should store your cowskin, deerskin, and sheepskin rugs in dry places avoid damp areas. Doing so, will prevent your rugs from attracting mold. It's also important to not leave your rugs in very high temperatures, which can cause the rugs to dry out and crack the leather.
You should also never store your animal skin rugs in plastic bags or plastic boxes as they will damage your rugs.
If your rugs get wet or moist, simply spread the rug in a dry location and give it time to dry. If the rug smells, you will have to wash it, because the smell will not go away by itself over time. Do not make the mistake of using a blow drier to dry your sheepskin rugs as this may likely make the situation worse.
